-- Adani Green to buy 50-MW Indian solar park from SkyPower

Indian renewables developer Adani Green Energy Ltd (BOM:541450), or AGEL, has struck a definitive agreement to buy the owner of a 50-MW solar park in the state of Telangana from Canada’s SkyPower Global.

-- Brazil's Susten Energia acquires 10 MW of solar power

Brazilian renewable energy company Susten Energia has recently acquired a photovoltaic (PV) park portfolio of 10 MW in Minas Gerais state.

-- EIP funds buying 49% of Germany's BayWa r.e.

Unnamed funds advised by the Swiss investor Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP) will take 49% of Germany’s BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH by making an equity contribution totalling EUR 530 million.

-- Downing Renewables adds 96 MWp of UK solar to seed portfolio

Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust Plc (LON:DORE) announced it has closed the acquisition of a 96-MWp portfolio of solar power plants in the UK for GBP 42 million.

-- Eni to acquire biogas company with 21 plants in Italy

Oil and gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI), through its circular economy subsidiary Ecofuel, has agreed to buy an Italian biogas company from FRI-EL Greenpower, a Gostner family holding.

-- Chariot Oil & Gas to buy African renewables partner of Total Eren

Chariot Oil & Gas Ltd (LON:CHAR) has signed a deal to buy Africa Energy Management Platform (AEMP), a developer of renewable and hybrid energy projects with a focus on African mining sites.

-- Adani Green to buy 75 MW of solar parks from Sterling & Wilson

Adani Green Energy Ltd (BOM:541450), or AGEL, said it has signed a deal to buy two operational solar power plants in the Indian state of Telangana with a total capacity of 74.94 MW.

-- Opdenergy takes back control of 150 MW PV portfolio in Spain

Renewables developer Opdenergy has finalised the buy-back of three solar photovoltaic (PV) farms totalling 150 MW in Spain.

-- Israel's Noy Fund, Nofar Energy to invest in 235.5-MW PV project in Spain

Israel’s Noy Infrastructure & Energy Investment Fund and green tech firm Nofar Energy Ltd (TASE:NOFR) have signed an agreement to acquire 90% of the stock of a company that holds a 235.5-MW two-phase solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Spain.

-- Green Plains concludes USD-64m sale of ethanol plant in Nebraska

Green Plains Inc (NASDAQ:GPRE) said it has wrapped up the sale of its ethanol plant in Ord, Nebraska, for USD 64 million, plus working capital.

-- ReneSola sells 15.4 MW solar parks in Romania to Alternus for 24 mln euro

US-based solar energy project developer ReneSola Power said that it has completed the sale of two ground-mounted solar parks in Romania with a total capacity of 15.4 MW to European independent power producer (IPP) Alternus Energy Group for 24 million euro.

Kansas-based service provider World Wind & Solar (WWS) announced that Oklahoma-based wind services company A & A Wind Pros Inc has become a part of its business.

-- Northland officially enters 1.2-GW Polish offshore wind project

A unit of Canada’s Northland Power Inc (TSE:NPI) has formally subscribed for the shares of Baltic Power, a Polish vehicle through which oil refiner PKN Orlen (WSE:PKN) is developing an up to 1.2-GW offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea.

-- NESF moves ahead on 2 UK solar projects to reach 150-MWp zero-subsidy target

NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd (LON:NESF) said it has reached its 150-MWp subsidy-free development target after a decision to invest in two solar projects from its development portfolio.

-- Octopus Energy eyes 2.8-GW expansion via Octopus Renewables buy

UK-based Octopus Energy Group has agreed to buy sister company Octopus Renewables, thus taking hold of a clean energy portfolio with around 2.8 GW of assets in Europe.

-- Dhamma Energy becomes 100% owner of 12-MWp solar park in France

Madrid-based solar developer Dhamma Energy said it has purchased the 50% it did not own in the 12-MWp Lanas photovoltaic (PV) park in France.

-- Edelweiss, Engie complete 1st stage of Indian solar deal

Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus Fund (EIYP) has acquired a stake in the 813-MWp portfolio of solar assets in India of French utility Engie SA (EPA:ENGI), the first stage in a transaction that will see it own 74% of the portfolio in total.
