Solarpro, CATL connect 602-MWh BESS to Bulgarian grid

Bulgarian renewable energy contractor Solarpro Technology AD and Chinese battery manufacturer CATL (SHE:300750) have commissioned a 602-MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Burgas, Bulgaria, the companies said on Wednesday.

EBRD backs Polish cable production expansion with EUR 94m loan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has signed a loan of up to PLN 400 million (USD 109.6m/EUR 94.3m) for Polish cable and wire manufacturer Tele-Fonika Kable SA (TFKable) to support the expansion of production capacity and research and development activities linked to power grid infrastructure.
