Jul 01, 2022 17:05 CESTFebruary 25 (SeeNews) - Spanish consultancy Enertis Solar participated as technical advisor in the construction of a 50-MW photovoltaic (PV) park of Grupo Onyx in Guatemala and is currently working on the next, 30-MW phase, scheduled for August 2015.
The 50-MW Horus I facility, inaugurated in Chiquimulilla municipality in early February, is the largest PV plant in Central America and the Caribbean with a capacity to supply over 60,000 homes, Enertis said in a press release on Wednesday.
With this project, the company consolidates its position as the leading technical advisor in the region in terms of analysed MW capacity.
Enertis is active in the PV sector, offering consultancy, technical services and engineering. Until now, it has participated in projects of over 4,500 MW, 45% of which is located in Latin America.
