Brazil's Aneel receives requests for four 30-MW solar plants

Nov 18, 2013 - Brazilian energy sector watchdog Aneel received requests for independent producer licences for four photovoltaic (PV) solar plants with a capacity of 30 MW each.

According to a decree published in the State Gazette, the plants are dubbed Meridiano 1, 2, 3 and 4. They are located in the Meridiano municipality in the southeastern Sao Paulo state.
