Zambia has signed an implementation agreement for a 16-MW solar project, which is being developed by Lifesong for Orphans Zambia Ltd in the Twapia area of Ndola.

The government of Liberia has signed a financing deal with the World Bank to get USD 57 million (EUR 59.5m) and install new solar and energy storage capacity as the West African country accelerates its clean energy efforts.
