Nov 1, 2011 - German photovoltaics (PV) specialist Wirsol Solar AG said yesterday it started the construction of a solar park with nominal capacity of 4 MW in German district Schwaebisch Hall.
The volume of the investment amounts to EUR 8 million (USD 11m).
The facility will consist of 14,000 modules and should meet the needs of over 900 households.
Commissioning is planned for December 2011. The facility will be operated by Sonnenergie Kirchberg Betriebs GmbH & CO.
