Ørsted A/S (CPH:ORSTED) has completed the sale of a 50% stake in the under-construction 1,218-MW Hornsea 1 offshore wind farm in the North Sea to Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).
-- Pattern Development offloads 79.8-MW wind farm in Montana
Pattern Energy Group 2 LP, also known as Pattern Development, has sold its entire ownership in the 79.75-MW Stillwater wind farm in Montana, commissioned at the end of last month.
-- Greenbacker buys more N Carolina solar assets
New York-based Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC announced it has purchased a 21.8-MW solar portfolio in North Carolina from project developer SunEnergy1 LLC.

French utility Engie SA (EPA:ENGI) has increased its ownership stake in UK distributed energy resource aggregator KiWi Power following an initial investment three years ago.

London-based renewable energy fund manager Glennmont Partners is exclusively negotiating the sale of its 85-MW solar portfolio in Italy to investment fund Tages, Reuters reports, quoting two sources.

New Jersey-based Nautilus Solar Energy LLC announced the acquisition of a 9-MW community solar development portfolio consisting of four projects in Maryland.

Italy-based Falck Renewables SpA (BIT:FKR) announced it has completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in a 10-MW wind project in Spain’s Castilla y Leon region.

Brazil's CPFL Energias Renovaveis (BVMF:CPRE3) announced that a public tender offer launched by State Grid Corporation of China was concluded successfully, allowing the latter to acquire the shares it did not already hold in the company.
-- Algonquin closes USD-345m acquisition of Atlantica Yield shares
Canadia’s Algonquin Power & Utilities (TSX:AQN), or APUC, said it has completed the acquisition a 16.5% stake in Atlantica Yield Plc (NASDAQ:AY), lifting its shareholding in the Spanish yieldco to 41.5%.

UK infrastructure investor Equitix and fund manager Iona Capital said they have bought a GBP-72-million energy-from-waste (EfW) project in Somerset, South West England.

Swedish wind power company Rabbalshede Kraft AB said it has bought the four-turbine Raftsjohojden wind farm in the municipality of Stromsund.
