-- Clearway builds up 51% stake in 290-MW solar park in Arizona

Clearway Energy Inc (NYSE:CWEN) will become the majority shareholder of the 290-MW Agua Caliente solar complex in Arizona, it announced.

-- Greencoat UK Wind, pension funds to buy 49% of Humber Gateway

Renewable infrastructure fund Greencoat UK Wind Plc (LON:UKW) and several pension funds will buy a 49% stake in RWE AG’s (ETR:RWE) 219-MW Humber Gateway offshore wind farm in British waters.

-- Columbus Energy buying 153.9 MWp of Polish solar projects

Polish photovoltaics (PV) installer Columbus Energy SA said it has signed an agreement to acquire the special purpose vehicles holding 153.9 MWp of solar projects at home.

-- AqualisBraemar to buy fellow renewables consultancy LOC Group

Offshore energy consultancy services provider AqualisBraemar ASA (OSE:AQUA) has agreed to take over LOC Group to further grow in the offshore renewables industry.

-- Spain's Ence to sell majority stake in 50-MW CSP plant in Puertollano

Spanish pulp producer and renewable energy group Ence Energia y Celulosa SA (BME:ENC) has agreed to sell its 90% stake in the 50-MW Termollano concentrated solar power (CSP) plant to Madrid-based investment fund manager Q-Energy.

Canadian renewable energy company Boralex Inc (TSE:BLX) has signed binding agreements to acquire controlling interests in a 209-MW portfolio of seven solar parks in the US.

Australian developer CWP Renewables and Swiss private markets investor Partners Group have merged their Aussie assets to create a company with a 2.2 GW renewables pipeline, the Australian Financial Review (AFR) reports.

-- Suma Capital acquires 80% stake in Spanish solar DG platform

A fund managed by Barcelona-based Suma Capital SGEIC SA has acquired an 80% interest in the Qoichi I platform of Spanish solar developer Efelec Energy.

-- Falck, Eni close acquisition of 30-MW solar project in US

The North American joint venture (JV) between Falck Renewables SpA (BIT:FKR) and oil-and-gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI) has completed the acquisition of a 30-MW ready-to-build solar project in the US from Savion LLC.

-- Spanish builder Prodiel agrees sale of 1 GW-plus of solar projects at home

Spanish renewables infrastructure builder Prodiel SL has reached an agreement to sell 1,098 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects located on home turf to Madrid-based investment manager Everwood Capital.

-- UK's MithraSol acquires 7.5-MWp PV portfolio in Spain

London-based company MithraSol has acquired a 7.5-MWp Spanish photovoltaic (PV) portfolio from a unit of Grupo Kolya Renovables, Vector Renewables, financial and legal advisor in the transaction, has announced.

-- Broad Reach buys 25-MW/100-MWh Californian battery storage project

Energy storage developer Broad Reach Power said it has purchased the 25-MW/100-MWh Cascade energy storage project in California from Enel SpA (BIT:ENEL).

-- Cubico buys 270-MW solar bundle in US from RES

Cubico Sustainable Investments has wrapped up the purchase of 270 MW of solar projects in the US and plans to have them online in 2022.

-- ReneSola offloads 4.3-MW rooftop solar portfolio in Scotland

Solar project developer ReneSola Ltd (NYSE:SOL) said it has completed the sale of a 4.3-MW rooftop solar portfolio in the UK to Swiss renewables and private equity investor Atmosclear Investments Ltd.

-- Sonnedix buys 160-MWp PV project in Chile

Independent power producer (IPP) Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd said that it has acquired a 160-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Chile from local renewable energy developer and builder Andes Solar.

-- MHI to invest in Aussie green hydrogen, ammonia producer

Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd (TYO:7011) said it has agreed to make a capital investment in Aussie green hydrogen and ammonia project developer H2U Investments.

-- BNDES approves Omega's purchase of 583-MW Brazilian wind cluster

The Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) has okayed the transfer of control over the 582.8-MW Chui wind power cluster to Omega Geracao SA (BVMF:OMGE3), the latter announced.

-- Goldwind eyes sale of 450-MW wind project in Queensland

Goldwind Australia is looking to find a buyer for the first stage of its 800-MW Clarke Creek Wind Farm project in Queensland.

-- Falck, Eni complete purchase of 222-MW wind, solar portfolio in US

The North American joint venture (JV) between Falck Renewables SpA (BIT:FKR) and oil-and-gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI) has closed the acquisition of a roughly 222-MW wind and solar portfolio in the US.

-- EC greenlights transfer of control over MHI Vestas

The European Commission (EC) cleared a deal that will give Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd (TYO:7011) a minority stake in Danish turbine maker Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH:VWS) in exchange for its interest in their equally-owned offshore wind joint venture (JV).
