-- Verbio to buy DuPont cellulosic ethanol plant, plans RNG production

The US unit of German biofuels producer Verbio Vereinigte BioEnergie AG has agreed to acquire the cellulosic ethanol plant in Iowa of DuPont Industrial Biosciences, the parties announced.

Danish utility Hofor said it has acquired back from Ørsted A/S (CPH:ORSTED) its 50% stake in the 40-MW Middelgrunden offshore wind farm near Copenhagen and unveiled plans to repower the facility after it reaches the end of its life.
