-- German wind, solar co SUMMIQ plans to list by end-2019
SUMMIQ AG, a German renewable power producer fully-owned by project developer Green City AG, plans to list on the open market segment of the Munich Stock Exchange by the end of 2019.
-- PNE's boards support Morgan Stanley, 3rd largest investor does not
The management and supervisory boards of PNE AG (ETR:PNE3) recommended that the shareholders of the company accept the takeover bid launched by an entity controlled by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP).
-- SunPower to spin off intl manufacturing ops
SunPower (NASDAQ:SPWR) announced a plan to separate its international solar cell and panel manufacturing activities into a new company that will be headquartered in Singapore and listed on Nasdaq.
-- Macquarie's GIG expands in Poland with 48-MW wind purchase
Green Investment Group Ltd (GIG), owned by Macquarie Group Ltd (ASX:MQG), has acquired a 48-MW wind park in Poland, which it says is “a new market with strong fundamentals and significant growth potential for renewables.”
-- Masdar takes minority stake in India's Hero Future Energies
Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC, better known as Masdar, said it has acquired “a robust minority stake” of an undisclosed size in Indian renewable power producer Hero Future Energies.
-- AES Tiete, Unipar form wind project JV in Brazil
Brazilian energy firm AES Tiete Energia SA (B3:TIET11) announced it will form a joint venture (JV) with Unipar Carbocloro SA to develop a 155-MW wind project.
-- Portugal's Finerge acquires 123 MW of wind farms from Brookfield
Portuguese renewable power company Finerge SA has bought two wind farms, with a combined capacity of 123 MW, from Brookfield Renewable Partners LP (NYSE:BEP), local media reported.
-- Bushveld plans takeover of vanadium redox flow batteries co Enerox
South African vanadium producer Bushveld Minerals Ltd (LON:BMN) plans to acquire Enerox GmbH, an Austrian firm that is active in the development, production and distribution of vanadium redox flow batteries.
-- Octopus buys 130 MW of European wind farms from RES
UK clean energy investor Octopus Renewables has acquired 130 MW of onshore wind farms and construction-ready wind projects through two transactions with renewables operator RES.
-- Canadian Solar sells stake in Mexican solar portfolio to Kepco, Sprott Korea
Canadian Solar Inc (NASDAQ:CSIQ) announced it has sold a 49% interest in a 370-MWp Mexican solar portfolio to Korea Electric Power Co (KRX:015760), or KEPCO, and fund manager Sprott Korea.

UK-based holding company Georgia Capital Plc (LON:CGEO) announced it has won a public auction to buy the 20.7-MW Qartli wind farm in Georgia’s Shida Kartli administrative region.
-- GCL SI, Powin JV to offer energy storage solutions in Asia-Pacific
US-based Powin Energy Corp has formed a joint venture with China’s GCL System Integration (SHE:002506) that will enable the two companies to expand their energy storage activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
