Finnish utility Fortum Oyj (HEL:FORTUM) has finalised the sale to funds advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners (CSEIP) of a majority stake in a 500-MW wind asset portfolio in the Nordics.

Nordic end-to-end servicing and installation provider Bravida Holding AB (STO:BRAV) is entering the Finnish solar power sector by taking control of a local business with a turnover of EUR 9.3 million.

The German government could buy a minority stake in Tennet Holding BV, the transmission system operator (TSO) that is owned by the Dutch Ministry of Finance but has activities in both the Netherlands and Germany.

UK asset management firm Greencoat Capital LLP announced an agreement to purchase a solar portfolio with a capacity of 156 MW from BlackRock Real Assets and Lightsource BP.

Canadian energy company TC Energy Corp (TSE:TRP) has completed an equity investment in Turning Point Generation (TPG), which owns a 75-MW pumped storage hydroelectric project in Alberta, Canada.

US wholesale energy provider Southern Power has acquired a majority stake in Chicago-based Invenergy LLC's 56-MW Beech Ridge II wind park in West Virginia.
