-- Greenbacker buying rights to 110-MW solar portfolio from Hecate

New York-based Greenbacker Renewable Energy Co LLC said it has agreed to buy the rights to a portfolio of around 110 MW of solar projects in New York.

Italian smart energy company TerniEnergia SpA (BIT:TER) has inked a preliminary contract to sell a biodigestion and biomethane production facility under construction in  the province of Lecce, Italy, for EUR 2.9 million.
