New York-based Greenbacker Renewable Energy Co LLC said it has agreed to buy the rights to a portfolio of around 110 MW of solar projects in New York.
-- TerniEnergia agrees divestment of biogas plant in Italy
Italian smart energy company TerniEnergia SpA (BIT:TER) has inked a preliminary contract to sell a biodigestion and biomethane production facility under construction in the province of Lecce, Italy, for EUR 2.9 million.
-- F2i, Asterion join hands to buy Italian energy co Sorgenia
Italian infrastructure fund F2i and Spain’s Asterion have agreed to buy Italian energy group Sorgenia, which is the owner of 3.17 GW of power generation assets, including solar.

UK battery metals and energy storage development firm Regency Mines Plc (LON:RGM) said it has completed the purchase of the remaining 20% stake in its energy storage subsidiary Allied Energy Services Ltd.

RWE Renewables, a unit of Germany’s RWE AG (ETR:RWE), announced it has launched commercial operations at a 100-MW solar photovoltaic (PV) park in Texas’ Reeves County.

US grid operator Bright Canyon Energy, part of Pinnacle West Capital Corp (NYSE:PNW), has acquired minority stakes in two wind projects with a combined capacity of 492 MW from US energy company Tenaska, the companies announced.

Spanish construction engineering company ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA (BME:ACS) has reached an initial agreement for the sale of its Spanish solar portfolio of approximately 3,000 MW.

US private investor Starwood Energy Group Global LLC and Energy Management Inc have completed the sale of a 14.4-MW solar project in New Jersey to Consolidated Edison Development Inc.

BayWa re renewable energy GmbH has sold the 50-MWp Don Rodrigo 2 subsidy-free solar park in Spain to German insurer Talanx AG (ETR:TLX) for an undisclosed sum.
