-- Ence wraps up sale of 49% stake in renewables arm to Ancala

Spanish firm Ence Energia y Celulosa SA (BME:ENC) has closed the sale of a 49% stake in its renewables unit Ence Energia SLU to UK infrastructure investment manager Ancala Partners LLP.

-- KKR unit snaps up 100-MW FRV's Indian solar portfolio

An Indian unit of US private equity group KKR & Co (NYSE:KKR) has purchased the 100-MW Indian solar portfolio of Spain-based Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV).

-- Greencoat to buy 63 MW of RESS-backed Irish wind from Statkraft

Irish renewable infrastructure company Greencoat Renewables Plc (LON:GRP) said it has agreed to buy 63 MW of wind projects in Ireland from Norway’s Statkraft AS.

-- YIT sells rights to 90-MW Finnish wind project

Finnish construction company YIT Oyj (HEL:YIT) said it has sold the project rights for the fully-permitted, 90-MW Murtomäki wind farm to the Alandsbanken Wind Power Fund.

-- Wien Energie buys into Encavis' 36.2-MW Austrian wind portfolio

German wind and solar park operator Encavis AG (ETR:CAP) said it has offloaded 49% of its 36.2-MW Austrian wind portfolio to local utility Wien Energie GmbH.

Finnish utility Fortum Oyj (HEL:FORTUM) said it will sell a 26-MW portfolio of small hydropower plants in Sweden to the recently-listed Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC (LON:DORE).

-- Canadian Solar offloads 19-MWp PV plant in Japan

Canadian Solar Inc (NASDAQ:CSIQ) announced it has closed the sale of a 19-MWp solar park in Japan to a number of local passive investors.

-- European Energy sells 30-MW Google-backed solar park in Denmark

Renewables company European Energy A/S unveiled an agreement to sell a 30-MW solar park in Denmark to French asset manager Conquest Group.

-- Greenbacker buys 80-MW solar project to be supplying Facebook

Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC (GREC) has bought an 80-MW pre-operational solar farm in Utah that has a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) in place with utility PacifiCorp on behalf of Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB).

Enel Americas SA (NYSE:ENIA) shareholders have voted in favour of the company’s proposal to merge with the South and Central American renewable energy business of Enel Green Power (EGP).

-- Sonnedix buys 150-MWp PV project in Chile

Independent power producer (IPP) Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd said that it has acquired a 150-MWp photovoltaic (PV) project in Chile from solar developer RTB Energy.

-- Greece's Mytilineos buys 50-MW solar project in Spain

Greek industrial group Mytilineos SA said it has acquired a 50-MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Spain from German renewables developer Viridi RE.

-- TRIG to take stake in 100-MW Akuo-developed French renewables portfolio

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd (LON:TRIG) is set to invest in a company that owns around 100 MW of onshore wind, solar and battery storage assets in France and territorial islands.

-- Hannon Armstrong invests in 1.6-GW wind-solar-storage portfolio

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc (NYSE:HASI) has committed to invest about USD 663 million in a large renewable energy portfolio developed by Clearway Energy Group.

-- Siemens Energy not willing to part with SGRE ownership now - report

Siemens Energy AG (ETR:ENR) will not be selling its interest in wind turbine maker Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA (BME:SGRE) at this point, contrary to what recent news reports suggested.

Spanish utility Iberdrola SA (BME:IBE) denied a media report that said it leads the race to acquire the 65.6% stake in Australian power producer Tilt Renewables Ltd (ASX:TLT) currently held by New Zealand-based infrastructure investor Infratil Ltd (NZE:IFT).

Independent solar power producer (IPP) Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd said it has reached 260.5 MW of operating photovoltaic (PV) capacity in France after acquiring an 8.3-MW solar portfolio.

-- Singapore's Keppel joins 500-MW solar project in Queensland

The renewables arm of Singaporean conglomerate Keppel Corp (SGX:BN4) has agreed to buy a 45% interest in the holding company for a greenfield solar project in Queensland, Australia, with a capacity of at least 500 MW.

-- Canadian Solar expects progress on 140 MWp of Italian projects in 2021

Canadian Solar Inc (NASDAQ:CSIQ) confirmed the sale of its remaining 30% in two Italian solar projects totalling over 290 MWp and said it will focus on growing and diversifying its pipeline in Italy.

-- Ameren snaps up 400-MW wind project in Missouri

The Missouri-focused electric utility held by Ameren Corp (NYSE:AEE) has made its first wind acquisition by purchasing a 400-MW wind farm project in its home state.

-- Petrobras seals deal for sale of 50% stake in biodiesel producer

Brazilian state-controlled company Petroleo Brasileiro SA (BVMF:PETR4), or Petrobras, has inked an agreement to sell its 50% indirect stake in local biodiesel plants operator BSBios.

-- SEEIT shops Onyx-developed solar and storage from Blackstone

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc (LON:SEIT), or SEEIT, will buy a series of solar-plus-storage portfolios along with a 50% stake in their developer, Onyx Renewable Partners, from the Blackstone Group Inc (NYSE:BX).

-- Red Rock Power takes GIG's stake in 241-MW Swedish wind farm

Edinburgh-based Red Rock Power Ltd has bought a 50% interest in the 240.8-MW Overturingen wind park that went live earlier this month in Sweden.

-- TransAlta Renewables to make 303 MW of new buys in US, Canada

TransAlta Renewables Inc (TSE:RNW) has sealed definitive agreements to take an ownership interest in 274 MW of wind parks in the US and Canada, as well as a 29-MW cogeneration plant in the US.

-- Mytilineos buys 110-MW solar project in Aussie shopping spree

Greek industrial group Mytilineos SA said it has bought a 110-MW solar farm project in Queensland, Australia, from domestic renewables developer ESCO Pacific.
