Malaysian oil and gas company Petroliam Nasional Berhad, better known as Petronas, has agreed to take over Singapore-based distributed solar firm Amplus Energy Solutions Pte Ltd, or M+.

Finnish technology group Wartsila Corp (HEL:WRT1V) has entered into an agreement to provide EUR 500,000 in seed funding to Finnish renewable fuel start-up Soletair Power Oy.
