CUI Global Inc (NASDAQ:CUI) announced the completion of its takeover of solar-focused engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm Reach Construction Group LLC.

Longroad Energy has secured the needed funds to start building its 215-MW Little Bear Solar complex in California, while also selling 50% stake in it and an under-construction plant in Texas.

Brazilian power utility Companhia Paranaense de Energia (BVMF:CPLE6), better known as Copel, is acquiring a 49% stake in a 4-MW solar distributed generation (DG) portfolio.
