BASF plans 120-MW heat pump to decarbonise Ludwigshafen site
Jul 04, 2022 13:00 CESTOctober 12 (Renewables Now) - UK investment company VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities (LON:GSEO) yesterday announced the purchase of a site for a 5-MW solar power project near Adelaide, South Australia.
The company has completed the purchase, which amounted to GBP 3.5 million (USD 4.8m/EUR 4.1m). The site is the first of two for a combined capacity of 17 MW which VH Global said it planned to buy in August.
The two projects will have battery energy storage located on site.
The purchase of the second site is due to be complete by the end of October, the company noted.
