EnBW breaks ground on 17.3-MW solar project in Baden-Wuerttemberg
Aug 17, 2022 9:42 CESTJanuary 2 (Renewables Now) - Denmark’s Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH:VWS) on Tuesday announced a 30-MW wind turbine supply order for an unspecified project in Mexico.
The wind turbine maker is to supply and commission 15 turbines of the V110-2.0 MW model under the deal with an unnamed customer. The contract also includes a 20-year service agreement.
Vestas expects to deliver the equipment by the final quarter of 2020, while commissioning of the turbines is due by the second quarter of 2021, according to the statement.
The company's installed capacity and projects under construction in Mexico combined exceed 2.3 GW.
