Since the start of the year, Montpellier-based solar power developer Urbasolar has won over 100 MW of solar power projects at French tenders, the company said in a recent news release.
The developer noted it won six projects with a combined capacity of 37 MWp at the second batch of the large-scale solar tender (CRE4.2), which awarded 508 MW of projects at the end of July.
Earlier in June, Urbasolar said it placed 11 out of the 33 wining bids at France's solar power plus storage tender for overseas departments and territories.
The company also reminded that it won 54 MWp and 80.2 MWp at the two preceeding tenders, thus achieving success in 75% of its projects proposals.
The company currently operates 450 solar power installations, managing a portfolio of several hundred megawatts in France and 10 other countries.
