December 21 (Renewables Now) - Danish wind and solar developer European Energy A/S said on Thursday it has wrapped up the sale of a 70-MW solar portfolio at home.

As announced by European Energy earlier this week, it had signed a deal to sell eight solar photovoltaic (PV) farms in Denmark to Swiss-based asset manager Re:cap. The assets have been operating since earlier in 2018.

European Energy reiterated on Thursday that the sale is expected to contribute positively to the company’s financial position, without giving more information.
