(ADPnews) - Sep 30, 2010 - Chinese thin-film photovoltaic (PV) company Trony Solar Holdings Co Ltd raised USD 224 million (EUR 164m) in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Reuters said today citing a source in the know.
This result is near the middle of the indicative range of USD 200 million to USD 250 million.
According to Reuters, the company sold 385 million shares at the price of HKD 4.50 each (USD 0.58/EUR 0.425). They will start trading on October 7, 2010.
US financial services firm JP Morgan is managing the transaction.
