February 13 (Renewables Now) - Amsterdam-based solar developer Sunrock said on Monday it is selling a portfolio of 100 Belgian projects with a total investment value exceeding EUR 80 million (USD 90.6m) to Patronale Solar.

The transaction makes Patronale Solar the largest producer of solar power in Belgium with a total capacity of 75.5 MWp, while Sunrock continues with a focus on the Dutch photovoltaic (PV) market, a press statement says.

Sunrock specialises in developing, owning and managing rooftop solar arrays. Its local portfolio, backed under the country’s SDE+ (Stimulering Duurzame Energieproductie) programme for large-scale renewables, surpasses 400 MWp in capacity.
