to-the-point: ET Solar presents modules with integrated microinverters in Japan
Chinese solar products maker ET Solar Energy Corp said Friday it has officially launched its new photovoltaic (PV) panel line with fully-integrated microinverters during the PV Japan 2015 event, held in Tokyo this week.
The alternating current (AC) solar equipment uses Northern Electric and Power's (NEP) BDM-300 micro inverters, which are just 25mm thick, according to the press release.
The power yield of ET Solar's AC module system is as much as 25% higher as compared to common PV systems using string or central inverters, the manufacturer explained. It offers up to 50% lower design and installation costs for residential customers, as well.
