to-the-point: De Raj Group to buy 99 MWp of solar capacity in Europe

August 21 (Renewables Now) - German renewable and conventional generation company De Raj Group AG (ETR: DRJ) plans to acquire a series of solar power plants in Europe with a combined capacity of 99 MWp, it announced today.

De Raj Group said it will work with Wattkraft Group to ensure the completion of the plants and the pair expects to cooperate on more projects in the future.

The buyer will be acquiring those assets as part of a strategy to build a green investment portfolio, it noted.

The company expects to sign a formal agreement for those purchases on September 2, 2019.
