Rezolv Energy is a renewable energy producer with 2.2 GW under construction or being prepared for construction in South Eastern Europe. This includes ‘St. George’, a 225 MW solar plant which is being built on the site of the decommissioned Silistra airport. Once onstream next year, it will be one of Bulgaria’s largest solar plants – making Rezolv one of the biggest foreign investors in the country’s green energy sector. Rezolv also has more than 2 GW of wind and solar power under construction or in late stage development in Romania. The power from these projects is being sold directly to companies through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
