(ADPnews) – Jan 18, 2010 – The board of directors of Italian solar energy company TerniEnergia (BIT:TER) has signed a draft agreement with a major national player in the electric sector for design and building of six photovoltaic facilities for a combined capacity of 14.5 MW, in a deal worth about EUR 45 million (USD 64.7m), the company announced in a press release today.
