Swiss Fankhauser agrees to distribute solar modules of US Silevo

Dec 12, 2012 - Swiss solar products marketing company Fankhauser Solar has signed an agreement with US photovoltaics module maker Silevo Inc for the distribution of Silevo's products in Switzerland.

Silevo said yesterday the deal is a milestone on its way to expanding on the markets in Europe, where the demand for premium modules is very high. The US company is aiming at setting-up a wide distribution network across Europe.

Fankhauser has already started distributing Silevo's products.

Both companies stated they are happy with deal, financial details of which were not disclosed.
