Sunsi announces management reshuffle

Oct 13, 2011 - US Sunsi Energies Inc (OTC:SSIE) said Thursday it had appointed Jason A Williams as chief financial officer in a management reshuffle.

Williams previously acted as financial consultant of the company. Prior to Sunsi, he has served as president of WM Consulting LLC and vice president and chief financial officer of Protective Products of America Inc. His career record also includes PharmaNet Development Group Inc, Patagon.com Inc, vFinance Inc and BISYS Regulatory Services.

Furthermore, Sinsi unveiled the promotion of its vice president and chief legal officer Richard St-Julien to chairman of the board. The company also said it had expanded its board of directors with the appointment of David Vanderhorst and Adrian Auman as independent members.

Sunsi makes trichlorosilane (TCS) -- a chemical used in the production of polysilicon, which is an essential raw material in solar cells.
