US renewables major SunEdison Inc (NYSE:SUNE) delivered a record 404 MW of power projects in the second quarter (Q2) of 2015 and reported a net loss of USD 263 million (EUR 241.5m).
The company today guided for 540 MW-600 MW of completed installations in July-September, and 2.1 GW-2.3 GW for the full 2015. It has 1.9 GW of projects under construction and 8.1 GW in the pipeline.
SunEdison posted annualised unlevered cash available for distribution (CAFD) for retained power capacity of USD 63 million in Q2, surpassing its forecast for USD 35 million-40 million. Its renewables yieldco TerraForm Power Inc (NASDAQ:TERP) delivered CAFD of USD 65 million.
