(ADPnews) - Nov 19, 2010 - German solar technology firm SolarWorld does not negotiate a possible takeover by US First Solar (NASDAQ:FSLR), CEO Frank Asbeck told Reuters, denying market speculations.
First Solar did not comment.
Traders referred to the case as a typical Friday's rumour. Accordingly, after a rise of above 2%, the shares of SolarWorld are now slipping into the red.
