US solar cell technology firm Solar3D Inc (NASDAQ:SLTD) said today it expects to report revenue of more than USD 11 million (EUR 10m) for the second quarter (Q2) of 2015.
If confirmed, it will be Solar3D's highest revenue quarter ever and a 95% increase over the first quarter of the year.
The company also projects that its adjusted earnings, before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) would exceed USD 400,000, while its net loss would be under USD 250,000.
Currently, the results are subject to completion of the firm's financial and accounting closing and review procedures. Solar3D has increased general and administrative expenses in preparation for additional organic growth and new acquisitions, it noted.
Solar3D's also confirmed its revenue guidance for the full year 2015 of USD 40 million-45 million.
