S Korea's SDN to build EUR 150m solar plant in Bulgaria

(ADPnews) - Dec 14, 2010 - South Korean renewable energy company SDN (KDQ:099220) has started the construction of a EUR-150-million (USD 201m) solar power plant near Veliko Tarnovo, central Bulgaria, the country's economy ministry said today.

The 45 MWp facility is the first investment of SDN in the Black Sea country.

The ministry also said that SDN had granted Bulgaria BGN 1 million (USD 685,000/EUR 511,000) for energy efficiency projects.
