Ray Power unveils 15 MW of solar projects in Delhi NCR
Dec 9, 2013 - Indian firm Rays Power Experts Pvt Ltd today said it had reached a deal for 15 MW of solar projects in the Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) that it would have to commission by March 2014.
The five projects require investments of some USD 27 million (EUR 19.7m), the solar project developer said.
Rays Power aims to install 150 MW of solar capacity in the current fiscal year that will end on March 31. Company director Rahul Gupta noted that it was discussing more project deals across different verticals of the solar sector.
According to information on its website, Rays Power has provided engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for nearly 250 MW of solar plants. These are producing enough power for over 5 million Indian households per year.
