Weekly renewables M&A round-up (May 23-27)
May 27, 2022 17:26 CESTNovember 5 (Renewables Now) - US speciality contracting services provider Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ:PRIM) has won a USD-130-million (EUR 112.6m) contract to build a solar farm in the Southwest, it announced on Thursday.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) award was secured by the company’s Energy/Renewables division and comes on a repeat basis, according to the announcement.
Primoris did not disclose the name of the project or the client.
The company said it will start initial project construction in the opening quarter of 2022 and expects to complete the job in the final three months of the year.
