Solar installer sees solid opportunity in Hard Rock Hotels
Aug 09, 2022 16:41 CEST(SeeNews) - Nov 1, 2013 - Indian steel products maker Pennar Industries Ltd (BOM:513228) on Thursday said it had secured several construction orders for 32.25 MW of solar projects in India and Uganda.
The company did not reveal financial details on the contracts.
More specifically, subsidiary Pennar Engineered Building Systems (PEBS) has secured a structural engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) job from Inspira Martifer Solar for 29.25 MW of projects in the Indian states of Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Bihar. As part of the contract, PESB will take care of the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of the mounting solutions for solar modules.
Inspira Martifer is the Indian subsidiary of Portuguese green power firm Martifer Solar.
Furthermore, Pennar said that its unit had received an order for 3-MW of solar projects in Uganda and the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh from solar project developer Premier Solar Energy Pvt Ltd. Details on the contract were not provided.
