Romanian oil company OMV Petrom (<a href="https://m.bvb.ro/FinancialInstruments/Details/FinancialInstrumentsDetails.aspx?s=SNP" target="_blank">BSE:SNP)</a> today said it has agreed to become a 50%-owner of a domestic company holding roughly 1 GW of renewable energy projects, mostly onshore wind, and to buy an e-car charging business as part of its push into renewables.
