Norwegian hydrogen solutions company Nel ASA (<a href="https://live.euronext.com/en/product/equities/NO0010081235-XOSL" target="_blank">OSE:NEL</a>) plans to sell its entire 13.56% interest in Danish green hydrogen producer Everfuel A/S (<a href="https://live.euronext.com/en/product/equities/DK0061414711-MERK" target="_blank">OSE:EFUEL</a>) to Japan’s Itochu Corp (<a href="https://quote.jpx.co.jp/jpx/template/quote.cgi?F=tmp/e_stock_detail&MKTN=T&QCODE=8001" target="_blank">TYO:8001</a>) and Osaka Gas Co Ltd (<a href="https://quote.jpx.co.jp/jpx/template/quote.cgi?F=tmp/e_stock_detail&MKTN=T&QCODE=9532" target="_blank">TYO:9532</a>) in a deal worth NOK 116.6 million (USD 10.7m/EUR 9.9m).
