NatPower sells 22-MWp solar PV portfolio in Italy to Theia

Renewables developer NatPower has sold a 22-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio in Italy to Theia Investments for an undisclosed amount.

This was announced by Milan-based independent advisory boutique Prothea, which served as exclusive financial advisor to NatPower for this transaction. On the other hand, Theia Investments was supported by L&B as legal advisor.

The transaction involved two vehicle companies that own a total of four solar plants currently under construction in Piedmont. It represents Theia’s first acquisition of unsubsidised assets in its portfolio.
