(SeeNews) - Oct 23, 2013 - Brazil's southeastern Minas Gerais offers the most competitive ethanol prices among Brazilian states, according to data of the national petroleum agency ANP.<br /> The demand in the state has grown by over 35% so far in 2013, while the demand for petrol (gasoline) has hiked by only 5%, ANP outlined.<br /> Also, since 2013 Minas Gerais is Brazil's third state offering the lowest rates of ICMS tax on ethanol, right after Sao Paulo and Parana.
