Sterling and Wilson start building 200-MW Aussie PV farm
Dec 09, 2019 12:47 CEST(ADPnews) – Feb 2, 2011 – Ecoware, a subsidiary of Italian photovoltaic (PV) systems maker Kerself SpA (BIT:KRS), signed contracts worth EUR 33 million (USD 45.7m) in January.
The company will provide under a contract with the Renewable Energies Minister of Senegal, Louis Seck, three large-scale PV farms of three megawatts each for the Dakar region. The contract is worth EUR 20 million.
A second agreement has been signed with a Luxembourg-based investment fund for the construction of solar parks of a combined installed capacity of four megawatts in Apulia. The deal is valued at EUR 13 million.
The reached agreements form part of Kerself's business plan announced to the market.
Ecoware offers specialised services, including turnkey plants, specialised financial services in cooperation with national and foreign banks concerning corporate, leasing and project financing solutions.
