Fire smoke at CSP plant in Spain forces two small towns into lockdown
Jul 04, 2022 17:21 CESTDecember 18 (Renewables Now) - A group of international renewable energy firms has acquired SF South Srl, the developer of an 83-MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the province of Foggia, Italy.
The news was announced on Thursday by law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW), which named NAIAD 2012 SL, Tsk Electronica Y Electricidad SA and KB CAPITAL SA as the buyers in the transaction. The value of the purchase was not disclosed.
SF South is developing the project in the municipalities of Ascoli Satriano and Deliceto. It now has a joint venture deal with local energy company Solarfields Sette Srl to manage the project.
The law firm did not provide further details about the development.
