Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd (SECI) on Thursday announced the winners from two e-reverse auctions for a couple of renewable energy projects in India totalling 2,400 MW, with NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd emerging with a successful bid from each.
In May, SECI consecutively held auctions to select developers for a 1,200-MW wind-solar hybrid power complex and a 1,200-MW wind project. All projects will be ISTS-connected.
