German Roth & Rau appoints new CFO

(ADPnews) - Dec 23, 2010 - German photovoltaic technology company Roth & Rau AG (ETR:R8R) said today that as of January 1, 2011, Kilian Krieger will be responsible for the company's financial affairs withing the management board.

Krieger was previously CFO and COO at seasoning manufacturer Raps GmbH & Co KG.

Krieger will take over the CFO position at Roth & Rau from Dietmar Roth, CEO, who has been responsible for the financial division until a new CFO is found.
