German Advantag to consult US Quantum Solar on Frankfurt listing

Jul 21, 2011 - US solar power equipment maker Quantum Solar Power Corp (OTC:QSPW) said Wednesday it had hired German consultancy firm Advantag Aktiengeselischaft to support its efforts to list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Advantag will assist the company with the preparation of the prospectus, filing with the Federal Financial Authority, securing of a lead broker, etc.

"A presence in Germany would represent an excellent opportunity for Quantum in terms of investment, strategic partnerships, manufacturing and distribution relationships," said Quantum Solar chief executive Daryl Ehrmantraut.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the biggest bourse in Germany and among the largest globally. Businesses from more than 80 countries are listed there with some 40% of all traded companies being from North America.
