Chile's renewables share falls to 29.8% in May
Jun 29, 2022 11:48 CESTDecember 14 (Renewables Now) - Italian financial services company Fidim Srl has closed its DKK 3.70 (USD 0.60/EUR 0.50) per share takeover offer for Athena Investments A/S (CPH:ATHENA), which operates wind and solar parks in Italy, after the offer fulfilled all conditions.
Fidim in November launched a conditional voluntary public cash offer to Athena's shareholders for all shares in the Danish firm, excluding treasury shares and shares held by shareholders in certain restricted jurisdictions.
Athena said on Friday that it was informed of Fidim's decision to close the offer. The Italian company will hold 90.55% of Athena's total share capital and voting rights upon settlement.
Fidim will try to secure any remaining minority holdings as soon as possible. The company also plans to delist Athena's shares from Nasdaq Copenhagen.
The final result from the offer will be announced no later than December 15.
