Aug 8, 2012 - US solar microinverter maker Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH) yesterday said its chief financial officer Sanjeev Kumar would depart later тхис ъеар.
Kumar, who joined Enphase over two and a half years ago, haс decided to leave the company to focus more on his family, chief executive Paul Nahi said. Kumar will continue in the role during a transition period that will likely continue in the final quarter of the year.
Enphase, which completed a USD-61.9-million (EUR 50m) initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq stock exchange in April, said it had hired an executive recruiting agency to find a replacement.
The news came as Enphase reported a net loss of USD 11.4 million for the second quarter of 2012, compared with a USD-10.3-million net loss a year earlier, and an 88% increase in revenues to USD 55.7 million.
