US stays atop EY renewables attractiveness index, Spain heads PPA chart
May 27, 2022 16:32 CESTMarch 12 (Renewables Now) - Chilean fishing company Corpesca SA has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Engie Energia Chile SA to procure 100% renewable energy for its operations, local media reported on Wednesday.
Under the terms of the five-year agreement, the Chilean unit of Engie SA (EPA:ENGI) will supply to Corpesca around 30 GWh per year. This will green the company's fishing activities in the communes of Arica and Iquique.

With this contract, Corpesca becomes the 32th company to run on 100% renewables supplied by Engie, according to Chilean media.
