Finnish green energy services provider Enersense International Oyj (<a href="https://www.nasdaq.com/european-market-activity/shares/esense?id=HEX153716" target="_blank">HEL:ESENSE</a>) has agreed to sell its onshore wind and solar project development business to local energy firm Fortum Oyj (<a href="https://www.nasdaq.com/european-market-activity/shares/fortum?id=HEX24271" target="_blank">HEL:FORTUM</a>) in line with an earlier decision to abandon its ambitions of becoming a zero-emission energy producer.
