SSE obtains CMA nod to sell UK retail unit
Dec 11, 2019 15:18 CESTSeptember 6 (Renewables Now) - EEW Capital Finance Plc, part of the Eco Energy World group of companies, has recently issued bonds for a total amount of EUR 25 million (USD 27.6m) to pursue growth in the solar market.
The firm has issued the first 2019 series of bonds as part of a EUR-200-million medium term note bond programme on August 15. This was unveiled by global legal business DFW, which advised EEW Capital Finance on the programme.
EEW will use the proceeds from the transaction to finance the acquisition and development of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects owned by EEW Eco Energy World Development Holdings One BV. The latter is also part of the Eco Energy World group, which has delivered more than 1,200 MW of PV schemes across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region to date.
