Oct 17, 2012 - Chinese polysilicon maker Daqo New Energy Corp (NYSE:DQ) today unveiled a management rejig with immediate effect through which it seeks to better use the team’s expertise.
As part of the move Tracy Tianqun Zhou, who acted as chief technology officer (CTO) since January 2009, will now become chief marketing officer.
Taking over from Zhou as CTO is Guoping Zhu, who up to now was deputy general manager of the company’s unit Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Ltd.
At the same time Qiangmin Zhou, previously general manager of Daqo’s polysilicon business group, now takes the chief operating officer position.
Last but not least Shihua Su will become general manager of Xinjiang Daqo after six years with the parent group, most recently in the role of finance director.
