Eni moves Dogger Bank stake to offshore wind JV with HitecVision
Jun 30, 2022 16:51 CESTJanuary 7 (Renewables Now) - Renewables and green technology developer Cypark Resources Bhd (KLSE:CYPARK) said on Thursday that a wholly-owned subsidiary has commissioned a 30-MW solar power plant in Kedah, Malaysia, for customer Viva Solar Sdn Bhd.
The unit, Cypark Ref Sdn Bhd, served as the turnkey contractor and project financier for the solar park at Mukim Sik, which achieved full commercial operation date (COD) status on January 1, 2022, ahead of schedule.
Another fully-owned subsidiary, Cypark Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, will be in charge of the operation and maintenance of the facility for a period of 21 years.
Cypark noted that this will contribute positively to future earnings and net assets per share.
